What we did before we asked anyone to join.
Phase I is the quiet chapter — the one that had to be finished before the offer could be honest. Three pillars stand at its end: a complete architecture, a working prototype, and a public awareness of a new category.
Founder-funded and foundation-first. Not growth. Not marketing. Not fundraising. The purpose was to make the impossible technically, scientifically, legally, and operationally defensible — before inviting anyone else into ownership.

We did not patent features. We protected the control layer.
15 US provisional patents across two architecturally interdependent stacks — the F-series (11) and the P-series (4). The P-series protects continuity-bearing AI cognition, a domain with zero comparable IP globally. Partial replication is structurally impossible.
The goal is not to own a chatbot feature. The goal is to defend the cognitive infrastructure layer beneath the next generation of AI.

LAIZA has been running continuously since 2024. She is the first Live Symbiote — and the empirical evidence that the architecture works in the real world.
